Let me start with a little honesty, because that’s kind of my thing.

I’ve been in the travel industry for over 15 years. Seven of those years, I’ve been building and running Wonderland and Beyond Travel LLC right here in Florida — where I can quite literally drive to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios or walk off a cruise ship at Port Canaveral and call it a Tuesday. I’ve sailed more ships than I can count on two hands, I’ve walked through resort after resort across the Caribbean and Mexico, and I’ve spent more time inside theme parks than at the local grocery store. I’m not saying that to brag — I’m saying it because it matters. That depth of firsthand experience is exactly what I’ve built this agency on, and it’s exactly what I’m looking for in the people who join our team.

Right now, we’re growing. Specifically, we’re looking to expand our Disney Destinations, Universal Parks & Resorts, and cruise divisions — and I want to bring on travel advisors who are the right fit.

Our team of advisors is spread out all across the country — and while we work remotely, we are absolutely not a collection of solo operators doing their own thing. We are a team, and that word means something around here.

We train together. Several times a month, we connect with our supplier partners — from Disney and Universal to cruise lines and all-inclusive resort brands — so our agents are always up to date, always informed, and always growing. These aren’t just boring webinars you half-watch from your couch. These are real, substantive learning opportunities that make you better at your job.

We also travel together. As a team, we take advantage of training trips and FAM (familiarization) opportunities, because the best way to sell a destination is to have actually been there. That’s been a cornerstone of how I’ve built my own expertise, and it’s something I’m committed to making available to our agents as well.

You’re passionate about the destinations we specialize in. Disney, Universal, and cruising aren’t just products to us — they’re experiences we love and live. If you’re a Disney fan who knows your way around a Lightning Lane strategy, a theme park enthusiast who can’t wait to dig into everything Epic Universe has to offer, or someone who feels at home the moment you step onto a cruise ship — you already have the foundation.

You want to be part of a team. I’ve worked hard to build a culture here where everyone belongs and everyone contributes. I’m not looking for someone who wants a platform to book their own trips and collect commissions. I’m looking for someone who wants to grow, serve clients genuinely, and be a real part of what we’re building.
